Have you ever wondered what beavers, fire, oysters, and nut trees have in common? This presentation will focus on some of the most important ecological drivers that made the continental US so abundant and resilient. During the presentation, we will try to piece together the fractured tapestry of our ecology and paint a picture of a holistic path toward broad-scale ecosystem restoration.
Miller has a background in regenerative agriculture, beaver restoration, and all things ecology. He's currently working with the White River Conservation District, a local agroforestry tree nursery, and pursuing a Masters in Conservation Biology at Antioch University.
