Meditation Group

Meditation Group - Join us 6:00 - 7:30 for a time of mindfulness practice and meditation. The general rhythm of our group consists of coming together to practice sitting/walking meditation, reading from a dharma book, discussing, sometimes practicing different relational activities and ending with a Metta circle — a time to call in people/situations that could use some extra care, love and attention. .
